Luton Allstars Football Club was formed in July 2013. We aim to have a steady growth of teams ranging from under 7’s to under 15’s, as well as Ladies and Adult teams representing our Club in the various leagues in Bedfordshire. Luton Allstars Football Club is not just a football club, we consider ourselves to be “more than a football club”. We aspire to be different from any other club out there by restoring values and also linking football with education so the children value education, respect and hopefully become a positive role model for their peers and the wider community.

Luton Allstars Football Club is fully affiliated with the Bedfordshire Football Association, with coaches all having or working towards FA coaching certification, and the club retained it's Charter Standard status demonstrating the high standards and responsibilities in terms of Coaching; Parent & Player Conduct and Organisation Luton Allstars aims for.

Luton Allstars Football Club is a non-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers. We welcome players from all social and racial backgrounds and try to accommodate, wherever possible, players of all abilities. Our aim is to provide a safe and caring environment to enable the playing of football for enjoyment by as many young people as possible.

All Managers (over 6 months in post) will possess, as a minimum, the FA Level 1 Coaching qualification. The Managers are independently Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked by the Football Association, as a condition of the FA Charter Standard accreditation. What makes Luton Allstars “more than a football club” is some of our innovative thinking like:

1. Monthly Maths, English and Science booster classes optional for all players.
2. Ensuring no player under achieves in school by working with parents and the school.
3. Regular social events for parents only.
4. Regular social events for individual teams.
5. A strict code of conduct which is agreed by parents before a child joins the club.

These are just some of the initiatives that Luton Allstars Football Club will undertake. We want to produce the future stars of Luton who will grow up to positively contribute to the whole of Luton and be shining examples of all that is good in this town.
