This season sees the implementation of the new pathway for U18s and U20s girls rugby. From club to county to Academy.

Following the county programmes in October/ November a number of our U18 players were selected through to Centre of Excellence trials. From those players four are through to the Loughborough Lightening Academy and one through to Worcester Valkyries.

Big congratulations to:

Loughborough Lightening
Izzy Wallace
Mathilda Renault
Anna Poulsen
Kenzie Pepper

Worcester Valkyries
Erin Cameron

Following the restructure of the Women's Premiership this season each club has a 'centre of excellence' attached. It is from these players will then go forward for opportunities to play for region and country.
