Regular exercise is vital for maintaining mental fitness, can help to reduce stress; especially during exam times, improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Through regular exercise you can maintain a healthy weight, boost your energy levels and feel happy and healthy.
At Lutterworth RFC we are well aware of the benefits of exercise and of being part of a team. As an added bonus we provide a save, fun, friendly environment. So come along, whether you have never played Rugby before, have played a little at school or joining us for a change. You will be welcome and there is a warm club house and refreshments available for parents.
Led by experienced Level 2 coaches training nights are Wednesdays from 7.15pm - 8.30pm.
No joining fees.
Membership is paid on a monthly basis.
First 4 training session are free and we have Rugby boots you can borrow!
