As excitement builds for the opening day of the season, we can announce the arrival of four new faces at Park Drive.

As Paul Abrahams pre-season preparations are now completed, with two training sessions before the season gets underway, we can now announce four further signings, in addition to the three which have already been announced.

First up, Goalkeeper Tom Middlehurst. The commanding and tall shot-stopper arrives at Park Drive following a number of years at Queens Park Rangers. Last season, Middlehurst made over twenty appearances on loan at Harlow Town having been at QPR since he was an U17. Tom has already been sponsored this season, with more details being announced in due course.

Second to announce is central defender, George Forrest. Forrest is returning to England following a spell in Ireland's professional circuit. George will not be a stranger to the Jammers faithful having been at the club as a youngster a number of years ago. Since being with the Jammers, Forrest has also had spells at Brightlingsea Regent and Braintree Town. George's arrival is subject to international clearance being received.

Next is midfielder, Jake Giddings aged 20. Jake joined Crystal Palace's Academy in 2020 on a two-year contract from West Ham United, who he joined at the age of five. Last season, Giddings made several appearances on loan at Brentwood Town and joins the Jammers having departed Palace.

Completing the quartet is attacking midfielder, Max Patmore. An ex-Colchester academy product, Max arrives at Park Drive following a spell with Braintree Town, where last season he was crowned their U18 Player of the Year.

George, Jake and Max are currently all available to sponsor for just £50 for the entire 2022/23 season. To register your interest please text 07894 040 836.

The arrival of all four players and subject to the completion of the regulatory processes.
