Marine AFC are pleased to announce that winger James Murray has signed contract forms to the end of the season, with an option to the end of 2018-19.

James, 23, joined the Mariners from West Cheshire League club Newton in the summer and had quickly become a key member of manager Tommy Lawson's squad, scoring 3 goals in 10 full appearances to date.

The club have also signed the following players:

Seb BRADSHAW, an 18 year old midfielder who joins from Skelmersdale United.

Chris LOMAX, 24 - winger who joins from Widnes, where he notched 18 goals in 36 appearances last season. Previous clubs include Atherton LR, Runcorn Linnets, Barnton and St Helens Town. Elder brother of recent signing George.

Defenders Liam HOLLETT and Kisimba KISIMBA have been released and we wish both players every success in their future career.
