Having started his football career as a Tigers junior, Matty returned to the club in summer 2021 after enjoying successful spells at several clubs across north Wales; Bethesda Athletic, Buckley Town, Cefn Druids, Denbigh Town and Conwy Borough to name a few.The defender boasts an impressive medal haul including a Cymru Alliance title with Cefn Druids, 3 Welsh Alliance titles, 2 North East Wales FA Cups, and lifted the FAW Amateur Trophy as a member of Conwy Borough’s treble winning side of 2017/18. Matty also represented Ynys Môn at three Island Games tournaments
