On Sunday 27th March at 9:30am Andrew Hughes (Supporter),Neill Hughes (Facilities Manager), Mike Campion (Treasurer)and Barry Couchman (Chairman) all of Mold Alex FC took part in the annual Mold Spring Clean Event.
The Springclean is an annual, 4 day event organised by Mold Town Council and Cittaslow Mold to make Mold a more pleasant place to live and visit.

Over the 4 days teams of volunteers donned gloves and a hi viz vest, and armed with bin bags and litter pickers, set out to clear roads, paths, hedgerows, fields and grass verges of discarded bottles, paper, plastic, fast food boxes and any other litter they could find.

The Mold Alex Team were joined by 4 other members of the public and in about 2 hours cleaned the area around Shire Hall, collecting 14 bin bags of rubbish.
