All those families who have signed up and paid a deposit for places at the tournament in Skegness will shortly receive a final bill directly from Butlins for accommodation, which we understand needs to be paid in full by 7th March. Payments need to be made directly to Butlins - with several options of how to pay indicated on the bill.
Each player who has taken part in club fundraising for the tournament is due a contribution towards the cost of them attending the tournament. Each player’s share will depend on which/how many fundraisers they have attended to make it as fair as possible. Every player’s share of those funds will be distributed in the week before the trip.
A number of players who are not attending the tournament have kindly helped with the above fundraising, and like those who are attending, are due a share of those funds. If those players would like to donate their share towards future events such as the End of Season Party or to help with the purchase of new equipment etc please let Club Secretary Joanne Quinn know.
