With another dry day at Union park the micros turned out in force to give a decent account of themselves and the coaching they have had to date. Must be early in the season as all 5 of the current coaching staff attended to assist Mrs Smart (second season veteran of Micros)in an attempt to tame the angels and get them back to basics.

The coaching team worked through some handling skills and evasion skills with the boys and girls, with some nice fast passing eventually shining through along with some elusive silky skills from 1 or 2 of the squad.

With the first match of the season rapidly approaching this weekend against Carnoustie Micros, we also got the kids to partake in a few matches between themselves to get the new members up to speed with the current game rules and also get the seasoned members once again up to speed.

Hopefully the weather takes a turn for the better at the weekend or we are in for a damp day out at Union park!!
