The day began at 8.00 a.m. with a fitness starter before a brief "re-fuelling" pause. A "study" session in the Bradley room covered Morley RFC history and culture before a motivational discussion about goal setting brought up an early lunch.

The afternoon began with a couple of talks on Game Understanding and Planning before the players were let out for 2 hours of skills training.

Then it was time for a shower, a beer and BBQ from 15.30 pm onwards.

Nick Green and other members of the Senior Leadership group had devised several games which involved drinks, sponges and a lot of laughter. Tom Stansfield may well have finished Cardinal Puff by now.
