Training times.

Pre-season training has been arranged, the sessions will be at the University of South Wales Treforest Campus sports centre from 7-9pm on the following dates:

Monday 21st March.

Wednesday 30th April.

Monday 4th April.

All current playing members are expected to attend, new members all welcome.
