They have improved as the season has progressed. After an 11-0 defeat to Wolves in match one, they only lost by two goals to four in their second game, and only by one this week. On this trajectory, Wednesday’s visitors could pose a threat to their hosts.

As the table stands, it would seem on paper that Nettleham would expect this win at home. After three games for both sides, the Netts are fourth in the league and the Steels sit at the bottom with no points. However, with the determination Steel City will bring to Mulsanne Park, it’s all to play for.
