Newbury entertain Highworth Town tonight in a Bluefin Cup 3rd round cup tie that the away side have asked the league to call off due to an FA Vase replay on Saturday.
Willmoth said "As much as Id like to help out a fellow Hellenic club the facts are that we haven't played since Feb 21st and we have a Cup semi final next week. No club in our position would go into a semi final having not played for 3 weeks. We need the games to keep us ticking over. We advised the league if they could give us a fixture we would of happily moved the cup game. I have been told Highworth will field a weakened side tonight and that's not my concern my focus is on Newbury FC and what we doing"
