Newcastle Magpies were invited to take part in Magic Weekend again, after a being flag bearers for Leeds Rhinos last year.

This year we acted as the guard of honour for Super League champions St Helens as they entered the pitch for their fixture against Huddersfield Giants.

The kids did a great job and acquitted themselves very well throughout. There was excellent attendance form our players and support from parents, so thanks very much for helping create another great club experience. We're sure to be involved again next year so stay tuned for further news!
