After a minor setback vs Halls AFC, our first team have put in the work and raised there all round game in local derby.
Pre season as a whole has been very successful as we aim to prepare our squads properly for the approaching Competitive league’s first Fixtures on September 7th. He this fixture as it’s a local derby and always a well contested match. After a below par performance in the first 45mins we heading into halftime up on the score sheet 2-1 showing we still the tools to get the upper hand not playing to our capabilitiy. Fresh from a stern talking to the boys hit there stride from the get go of the second half. We played a better game showing we can take advice on board and also have the Savvy to identify what adjustments to make to improve individual and squad performance levels. The end result was a comfortable 4-2 win as we ruthlessly outclassed the opposition in every area. Goalscorer's in the day I’m pretty was Kieron Bence, Reece Donohoe, Billy-Mark Brooker & Nicky Foad.
