Welcome to North Stafford Hockey Club. We are a thriving and ever-expanding club located in North Staffordshire, based at Newcastle-under-Lyme School and our new pitch at Trentham Academy. Both are excellent venues with high quality sand dressed astro turfs.

North Stafford Hockey Club provides anyone of any age, ability or experience the opportunity to play hockey, and we are constantly looking to welcome new members.

The club runs 7 Men's teams and 3 Women's teams, along with junior teams at every age group from u8-u18s, providing chance for everyone to play competitive hockey at a level best suited to them.

Our Men's 1st XI play in Midlands 2, whilst our Women's 1st XI play in Midlands 3NW. We offer opportunities for people to play for these teams at a performance level, but also welcome players at any level, whilst we also run weekly Back to Hockey sessions for those returning to or just taking up the sport.

Our junior section is consistently expanding and we now run teams at every age group for Boys and Girls with ever increasing success, along with three badgers teams who play every Saturday.

Our Boys u18s won National Titles in both 2022 and 2023, whilst both our Girls and Boys u14s reached National Cup Semi-Finals in 2024. Our u10s and u12s teams all progressed through to the Midlands Finals in 2024, with the Boys u10s finishing in third place. In 2020 our Boys u16s qualified for the National Indoor Finals for the first time in the club's history.

The club is also partnered with a charity, the Jack Dulson Memorial Fund, to deliver hockey in local schools and run hockey camps under the programme of the Jack Dulson Hockey Academy.

Our clubhouse, the 45 Club, is located only two minutes walk from the pitch at NULS, with social events held there or at other venues throughout the year.
