Northwich sponsors Fire & Heat Player of the Month award is given to the player who we believe gave the best performance on the pitch for each match.

1st February - Crewe & Nantwich 14 Northwich 31 The  battle for survival continued  and  Tom Husbands played a pivotal role in securing victory for the visitors. However there were other great individual performances notably Man of the Match Tshipane Mthembu who worked tirelessly throughout.

8th February - Burnage 26 Northwich 21 This  contest was one of contrasting halves with Northwich dominating the first 40 minutes and Burnage controlling the second half. A dip in energy and some ill-discipline put paid to the Northwich ambitions as they were only able to take a losing bonus point from this had fought match.  Man of the Match Juan Smit broke the line and found Zac Richardson with an inside pass who scored a fine try which

15th February - Northwich 12 Douglas 16  For those who did brave the weather they were treated to a fiercely fought battle with no quarter asked or given, and there was still plenty to cheer especially from Man of the Match Curtis Finnigan who put in an excellent performance in an entertaining contest.

22nd February - Northwich 20 WPRFC 24 The derby clash in front of a big crowd this was going to be a very physical and passion fuelled game and so it proved to be. Following a sensational effort Rich Dale was chosen as the Fire & Heat man of the match.

February Player of the Month  Following a fantastic month Juan Smit has continued his fine form and this is why he is our player of the month. The way that Juan is able to read the game is something he is excelling at. In the attacking phase this is so important to the team as it allows us to keep pressure on the opposition. Not only this but his link play in possession is always improving and it has led to him creating more chances for the team. Out of possession his work rate is top draw and he makes it extremely difficult for the opposition to play.
