Wet conditions made for a scrappy game last Saturday against Lakenham Union at home. Early tries by Harvey Nkrumah, running the length of the pitch and Dan Burton from a slick set piece move saw the medics score early, both converted by Will Hamilton.

However Lakenham were able to claw back a few scores of their own, the medics conceding penalties which allowed them to advance up the field.

Two disallowed tries for the medics left the score at 21-17 to the medics in the last 10 minutes. A massive defensive set in their 22 by the medics kept Lakenham scoreless until the final moments of the game.
