Good evening and welcome to Plantation Park for this evening’s Thurlow Nunn Premier tie against local rivals Wroxham.

Norwich United were eliminated from The FA Vase three days ago by a strong New Salamis side but are unbeaten in their last 10 league games, winning eight and drawing two.

Wroxham have started the season in prolific form scoring 52 goals in their opening 15 games, with loanee National League striker Joe Taylor scoring 19 of these in just 15 starts.

Despite this outstanding start to the season, Wroxham’s league form has stalled slightly in recent weeks with 2 losses and a draw in their last three league games but a 6-0 victory over Benfleet in The FA Vase on Saturday shows they are likely to be a serious threat to the Planters back line tonight.
