Kirk, is both a former player, manager and will always be in his own words “a lifelong supporter of the club”, he described the position and opportunity as a director of his club a proud time and has thoroughly enjoyed the experience and success.
Kirk now needs to spend more time in out of the country on business which is limiting his time he could commit to the club and understands the role of director at Nuneaton Town has to be an active working one, which is unusual in football. Stephens knew that his business commitments and that director’s ethos were incompatible

He is hoping to be at a few more games this season as well as supporting events when in the country.
