Dear reader,

As you will have immediately gathered from the title of this piece, we once again are set to welcome 14 teams for the club's annual golf day.

54 golfers will gather from 10am tomorrow, 18 October, to contest a team event with other tests of skill thrown in.... longest drive, nearest the pin and beat the pro.

Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate, the club's lead sponsor, are putting on a cracking day with coffee and bacon rolls upon arrival, followed by a midday shotgun start and a 2 course dinner. As ever, this thirsty crowd of NCC supporters will inevitably challenge the cellar manager as they embrace the ritual post match sporting rehydration!

The event is further supported by 15 golf hole sponsors, comprised of individual donors and local businesses. We are hugely grateful to them all for the generosity and continued commitment to the event and The Nutters.
