Mackenzie O’Neill puts pen to paper at Bootle Football Club as The Bucks head into the 2024/25 campaign.

O’Neill will be familiar to some of our supporters after spending time at Runcorn Linnets, 1874 Northwich and Prescot Cables. He was also a member of Wigan Athletic’s academy at under 17 and under 21 level and has also represented Northern Ireland at under 17 level.

With O’Neill’s signature now on paper here at Bootle along with other recent signings, our squad certainly have plenty of attacking options increasing depth and quality. It’s certainly safe to say Mick McGraa has been busy this transfer window and the fans have plenty to look forward to with the start of the new season just around the corner.
