Another integral part of last season’s best defensive record in the MFL Division One, Keough is staying with the club once again. The former Sikh Hunters and Wolverhampton Sporting Community centre back is a big, strong and powerful defender; the management team are over the moon that Adam is staying.

Adam had this to say: “I’m happy to be back with the boys again after the success we had last year. I’ve been on board with Aki the last couple of years and each year we have improved. The dressing room and back room team we have is top class and I’m excited to see how we get on first time at step 5.”
