This comes as a result of three emphatic victories over Old Alleynians II (36-5), Medway II (68-19) and Thanet Wanderers (33-3) in Counties 2 Kent during the run-up to Christmas.
It’s the second time in 12 months that the club has received the award and is deserved recognition for the players and coaches during what has been another memorable season so far with OEs riding high at the top of Counties 2 Kent and needing just six points from their last six games to secure back-to-back promotions.
Director of Rugby Gavin Lach said: “December was an especially memorable month for us as we beat two of our main title rivals to extend our lead at the top of the table and retain our 100% bonus point record for the 2024/25 season.
“It is fantastic to be recognised as Team of the Month again, just 10 months after winning the award for the first time in the club’s history. Hopefully, that’s a good omen as we bid for back-to-back promotions, and testament to all the hard work put in by the players and coaches.”
