The cups are seeded, depending on which group the teams are playing in.
All teams are included in the first round: Groups A & B play in the Main Cup, Groups C & D play in the Development Cup.
The winners of round 1 proceed while the losers play in the Plate competition – so all teams are included in round 2 in a straight knock out competition.

The dates for the NWC Cup is as follows:

Preliminary Round (Main Cup only) – 23rd March
First Round – 30th March
Quarter Finals – 13th April
Semi Finals – 18th May
FINALS DAY – 13th July at Preston Grasshoppers

Finalists will need to provide a team picture and pen pics for each player nearer the date for the programme.
