Good Afternoon / Evening all,

At the club meeting last night it was announced that the Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary for Orford Juniors were to stand down at the next AGM. That AGM is June 1st 2019, which coincides with the end of the current season.

All coaches / managers and committee members have been informed that replacements are required to ensure the smooth transition between this season and next season. Orford are looking for additional support on the committee to assist in the smooth running of the club going forward.

We have asked that any nominations are put in writing to the club no later than the 11th May (prior to the AGM) In order for the club to fully function the following 4 committee positions are a minimum requirement for FA Chartered Standard Status. Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Child Welfare Officer – Covered

No discussions have taken place to dissolve the club / remove teams / ask teams or players to find other clubs. We are looking for support to assist the committee going forward.
