Teams from the Scarlets, Ospreys, Blues, Dragons and RGC regions were represented.

Local Schools were well represented as RGC South (North Powys / South Gwynedd) had teams in both age groups. Both teams were extremely competitive in the 2 age groups winning as many games as they lost, with the quality of play and the commitment shown a joy to watch.

Both teams played 6 games during the day and they got better and better as the day went on. The U16 teams aggressive defence was impressive to watch with opposition girls tackled backwards time after time, whereas the U14s were praised for the way they tried to pass the ball showing a high skill set.

The girls went away wanting far more contact rugby!!! All girls were a credit to the school/district they represented!
