If the answer to any of these questions is yes then come along to mixed touch rugby at 7pm every Thursday night at Bala rugby club, beginning18th May 2017.

The emphasis this year is on having fun and attracting new people to the club. Everyone from secondary school age and above is welcome. Boots are advisable but trainers will do. There is no charge.
