Oxford Quins RFC

Our Senior Squad is the pinnacle of rugby at Oxford Quins RFC. The squad fields three teams; the 1st XV, 2nd XV and 3rd XV. Our 2nd XV competes in the eighth level of English rugby, Counties 2 Berks/Bucks & Oxon North

The squad typically trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The squad will also perform weights and additional conditioning sessions around official training. Players are often found using the gym facilities early in the morning before work, or prior to training sessions in the evening.

Whilst the Senior Squad is internally competitive and highly ambitious on the field, we are also deeply connected to One Club philosophy.
