Pelsall Villa suffered a heavy defeat at home on Tuesday night to rivals Studley with a poor first half leaving them 4-0 down at the break.
The visitors took the lead on 9 minutes and raced into a 3-0 lead by the half hour with a 4th being added before half time.
Villa started the 2nd half strongly and got a goal back through Nathan Stone after sustained pressure in the 53 minute, then a debut goal from Tan Katsukunya gave the home team hope of rescuing at least a point.
Despite a couple of good chances to further reduce the deficit the Villains were kept at bay and Studley held on to claim all 3 points.
Pelsall's next match is away on Saturday 25th March at Littleton
