As we approach the forthcoming season, Reno has closed in on some exciting young talent, adding to Sam and Tyler Buckley (17), Mawgan Kewn (18), Jack Reynolds (18) and Francis Pengelly (20). The club are now delighted to announce that Jacob Cleverly (24), Reece Montieth (21) and Anton Oliver (21) have committed themselves to the club this week. Reno would like to personally welcome all the new additions and cannot wait to get started and to work with this new look squad. Reno told us: 'I am not forgetting our senior members of our team who will be instrumental in progressing and helping the younger member excel and learn at this level'

He then went onto say: 'As a group we totally understand the challenges ahead as we will be playing some fantastic teams who have played at this level for some time, but my wish is to make Penzance Football Club an environment that young talent will get a chance to play football and progress rather than broken promises that I see way too often in the game'

We welcome all three to the club and look forward to the football season which starts on Saturday 10th August against Wendron at Penlee Park, 3pm
