Dear All,
Here are the plans for the U10 Sussex Mini Rugby Festival to be held at Hastings and Bexhill RFC, Ark William Parker Academy, Hastings TN34 2PN (01424 444255) on Sunday 4th March 2018.
We have teams travelling long distances this year so we are aiming to start at 11am.
Please try to arrive FROM 10 am.
We will have a short co ordination meeting at 10:40 am on the balcony; by which time you should have handed in your team registration forms to the control, situated in the bar.
Please enter the school grounds through the Parkstone Road entrance and follow the directions of the attendants.
DO NOT TRY TO ENTER THROUGH PARK AVENUE BECAUSE YOU WILL BECOME INVOLVED IN ANOTHER LARGE EVENT.
We will all the usual refreshments on sale from 10:00am.
We have six pools the details of which are below along with the allocation of referees.
It is important we keep as closely as possible to the timetable because of the travelling times SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM IS READY TO PLAY.
