Agenda – in accordance with our Club constitution
• Receive and if approved, adopt a statement of the “clubs” accounts to the end of the preceding financial year.
• Consider and if agreed, sanction any proposals to alter or amend the constitution or rules of the “Club”.
• Appoint Officers or other members to the committee.
• Deal with any special matters arising which the Committee desires to bring to the notice of the members and vice versa.

In relation to the last agenda item: At our Save Our Club get together in February one major topic that was discussed and not decided upon was a rebrand of our club.
The relevance of our name within the local community is not what it once was and hasn't been for a long time. Is now the time to adopt a club name and identity that is more geographically linked to our home?
Could we have played our last game as Racal Decca RFC?
