Daniel Harland, the teams Left Back is challenging him self in two different areas off the field in the next two month! Daniel is competing in the Sunderland Sun City Triathlon, swimming 750 meters followed by a 20K bike ride and to see him across the line a 5K run! sadly this means Daniel will have to miss a game for Redcar CF, however he wish Redcar and the boys all the best for the Fixture on the 14TH August as much as Redcar wish him all the best for the event!

Once Daniel completes the triathlon he then switches his attention to The Great North Run in September! 13.2 long and lonely miles!

The aim and reason behind Daniels efforts are to raise £250 for McMillian cancer...
