Following a rigorous selection process involving a high number of applications Litherland REMYCA FC have the pleasure in announcing the appointment of Derek Goulding as our first team Manager with immediate effect.

This appointment brings wide non league management experience and a dedicated effective operator who has many contacts at club level and a good player network.

Litherland REMYCA Chairman Don Rimmer commented:

"Derek played the game at a high level and has managed at NWCFL, Evo-Stik North and Evo-Stik Premier and Welsh Premier Leagues."

"He is a UEFA qualified coach with a proven track record of building teams, investing in and developing youth and producing winning teams.
He is a good fit for the club, shares our values and Community outlook and will provide stability and player development potential."

Derek is currently recruiting his back room staff but will retain the services of Gary Brookes as GK Coach.
