Go To www.usarugby.org or click on link on homepage for USA Rugby.

In the left drop down menu, click on "Registration 09-10"(a new window will open)

Click on "Create/Renew Individual Membership"

New Window will open. Fill in all the Information..click. "Continue"

Just keep following the prompts to complete your registration.
