Rockleaze enjoy fun team victory at the Shire
- Players: Tom N, Shane, Harry, Daniel S, Daniel B, Lucas, Ed, Elliot
- Weather Condition: Wet
- Pitch Condition: Long Grass
- Our team were all pumped ready for the game. We started very confidentally. We were pushing forward more and more and scored 1-0. Suddenly we all lost our positions and they scored, 1-1. But then we scored two cracking goals (3-1) and the referee blew the whistle for half time.
- We switched goalies, Shane for Tom. If we didn’t have Shane in goal we would have lost the 1st half.
- The 2nd half was off and out of nowhere we scored another two goals, 5-1. But then we all wanted to score at the same time, were not passing enough and let in three goals, 5-4. At that point we were even sides, but we slowly started to gain possession. We then sccored, 6-4. We were then pushing forward again, with Ed falling to the floor resulting in a free kick. Ed shot into the bottom corner, making it 7-4. We managed to hang on to that score and the whistle blew for full time.
