As a Charter Standard Club it is mandatory for every youth football club affiliated to the FA to have appointed a fully qualified and CRB checked Club Welfare Officer (CWO).

At Saffron Dynamo our CWO is Bob King. The Child Welfare Office (CWO) is the first point of contact for all Club members regarding concerns about the welfare of any child or young person.
