Edel has made great headway this week in relation to our accommodation in Liverpool. Liverpool will be very busy this weekend, with a number of hotels already close to being sold out.

She has however made a provisional booking with the Novotel, Liverpool Central for a number of family rooms. The room rate is £110 per night (Bed and Breakfast and 2 adults & 2 children) sharing). The rate increases to £120 for 2 adults & 3 children. While for 1 adult & 1 child the rate is £100 per night.

Rooms are now on hold for the club as requested with the reference "Santos Colts FC" - guests can call 0151 702 5150 between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm they can get through to the Novotel reservations team who will be able to make the bookings.

Novotel have advised - "Please be aware and let them all know that any cancellations 28 days prior to arrival will be charged in full so they will need to provide a credit card on booking to secure the room. Otherwise - payment will be taken on arrival.

Rooms that contain three children will be charged at £120 per night to cover the cost of the extra person in the room. Please just make sure the guests are aware that there will only be two bed in the room however for really small children we can provide cots on request.

Rooms are now on sale for anyone to ring."

It would be ideal if we could try and finalise numbers for the Liverpool Trip by the end of October. As at this time (end of October) we must make contact again with Liverpool FC to discuss match tickets numbers etc.; so it is essential that we have a very good idea how many tickets that we need to try to get for the game in advance of this discussion.

Both EasyJet and FlyBe fly from Belfast to Liverpool, but their flight timetable schedules for May 2017 are not released yet. We believe they will release these dates in early November 2016.
