Open Age- Open Training Session

Lee Sutton4 Jul 2016 - 21:23

Eighteen or over? Female? Want to get involved in football? Now is your chance.

Scarborough Ladies Football Club will be holding an open training session for anyone wanting to get involved with the club for the upcoming season. We are looking for females from the surrounding area to come and join our already established team. We don't mind if you think you are the best player in the world or if you have never kicked a ball we have a place for you.

The team this previous season has seen it's return to Open Age football following a couple of years without a team. After a slow start the team rallied and ended up reaching the target that was set of a sixth place finish in the North Riding Women's League. The team has also overseen the development of local players with Beth Taylor signing on for Leeds Ladies first team and Sasha Woods coming through- the under 16's and onto Hull Ladies Football Club.

The open session will take place on Sunday 10th July at Yorkshire Coast College and will run from 11am-1pm

If you have any questions please contact Lee Sutton, Open Age Manager on 07411509178.
