The boys of Seaton Carew RUFC continue with their pre-season training under the leadership and guidance of new head coach John Morgan.

To whoever said 'You cant teach an old dog new tricks' most definitely hasn't met John as he is certainly putting the lads through their paces and introducing new ways of playing to what the boys of Maroon and Gold are used to! The numbers over the past few weeks have been amazing and the sessions have been intense.

On the Return To Rugby roadmap we are currently at Stage D but as of the 01/09 we have moved onto 'Adapted Contact Rugby'. All details can be found on the following link:

If you've played rugby and want to get back into or just new to the game and want to give it a try, get yourself down to Hornby Park on a Tuesday or Thursday between 19:00 and 20:00 and join in.

All training session are carried out in accordance with the COVID-19 and RFU Guidelines.
