COVID-19 Procedures and Precautions
Following the most recent FA guidelines for matches, there is a strict process we must follow. Please read the following guidelines and ensure you adhere to them. These are in place to make sure all visitors to Tattenhoe FC stay safe.
BEFORE
- The contact details of all players, parents, coaches and spectators will be stored by the COVID officer for track and trace. To meet GDPR regulations, this information will be destroyed 14 days after the game takes place
- Everyone will need to have their temperature checked and sanitise their hands before entering the grass pitches
DURING- There are to be no handshakes at the start or end of the game however an elbow or boot bump is allowed
- Parents must adhere to social distancing guidelines, staying 2 metres apart and in groups of no more than 6
- No spitting is allowed and players should not raise their voices when facing each other
- Goal celebrations must be individual
- Footballs will be sanitised in breaks of play and there should be minimal handling of equipment
- Goalposts and corner poles will be sanitised before every game, at half time and after the game by Tattenhoe FC officials
- Social distancing should be observed by the players and coaches in breaks of play and drinks bottles separated
AFTER- Once the game is finished, players will sanitise their hands before meeting their parents
- If anyone reports showing symptoms within 14 days after a game they must book a test and self-isolate until the result is known. Following a positive test, an email should be sent to cwo@tattenhoefc.com and full disclosure to the NHS track and trace system must be made
