Covid-19 Guidance
Here is a summary of the FA's updated Covid-19 guidelines for step one of the government's roadmap out of lockdown:

Travel
There are no travel restrictions as such, but you should avoid travelling at the busiest times and routes, as well as minimising any unnecessary journeys.

Car sharing with people outside your household or support bubble is permitted as long as you follow the Government's guidance on safer travel, e.g. wear face coverings, open windows, etc…

Spectators
Spectators are permitted provided they socially distance and adhere to the rule of six - they can gather in groups of up to six people or two households. They should minimise shouting or raising their voices.

Indoor facilities
Changing rooms can be used but players should minimise their time spent inside where possible. Everyone must socially distance themselves from those outside their household while indoors. Team talks should not take place in changing rooms under any circumstances.

Toilets will be open up to 30 minutes before and after matches.

Throughout the last 12 months, the club's concern for the safety, health and welfare of all players, coaches and parents has and will remain paramount.

You can find more information on the guidance here.

Team News
Zakir Kassam, Jack Medley (illness), Myron Auko and Mohammed Edris are all unavailable for this midweek clash.

Manager Ian Orr makes two changes to the starting XI: Tyler Johnston and Joel Smith replace Jack Medley and Ben Lynch.

Adam Gillespie (ankle), Ollie Tanner (knee), Ben Lynch (knee) and Tom Beevor (leg) are all only fit enough for the bench. They will be joined by Kyle Armstrong.

You can view the line-up on this page.

Scot FC have 18 players signed on this season. Oliver Coleman and Marc Jenness will be the danger men for Scots with 8 goals in 8 matches this season. Elsewhere, Rio Scott has netted on 5 occasions, while Kai Bartlett and Joshua Younger both have 3 goals to their names.

The Opposition
Scot Football Club, which was established in 1981, is an FA Charter Standard Club based in Bletchley. They have 7 teams spanning the ages of U9s through to U18s.

Scot FC U18s are one of Milton Keynes' longest-running teams. Managed by Dave Shipwright, they have won all 7 of their league games this season, scoring 35 goals and conceding just 6 times.

Fighting Talk
Striker Freddie Rogers: "It was disappointing not to get the win last time out, but there were plenty of positives to take out of it. I thought for 85 minutes the boys were phenomenal and if we can take that performance into the Scots game, there’s no reason why we can’t take all 3 points."

Last Time Out
Scot FC narrowly beat Tattenhoe Youth 2-1 at home on Sunday. Harrison Brown and Joshua Younger scored for Scots.

On the same day, the Phantoms conceded two late goals to draw 2-2 against Deanshanger Athletic away from home. Freddie Rogers got both goals for Shenley.

Head to Head
These two teams drew 3-3 in a pre-season friendly in August 2020. Freddie Rogers, Ben Lynch and Tom Beevor got on the scoresheet for the Phantoms.

In November 2019, these two teams played out a 2-2 draw in a friendly. Connor Dempsey scored a brace for Shenley.

In January 2019, Shenley beat Scots 3-0 in the second round of the U16s cup. Mohammed Edris (2) and Tom Beevor scored for the home team.

Officials
Steve Ring will be in charge of Thursday's fixture. He is an FA Qualified Level 7 referee (amateur referee). He has handed out 1 yellow card in 13 matches this season.

He officiated the Phantoms' 3-2 away triumph against Twyford United two weeks ago.

Weather Forecast
Light cloud and light winds are forecasted throughout the match. Temperatures are expected to be around 9°C. There is a low (18%) chance of rain and sunset will be at 8:24 pm. [Source: BBC Weather]
