Online tickets for Tuesdays match are available from this link.
Our updated supporter guidance is in the attached document. Highlighted changes are:
NHS Covid 19 App & QR Codes
Official NHS QR code posters are displayed in various locations around the ground. If you are visiting that area, you are expected to scan the code via the NHS Covid-19 App on your phone.
QR codes have been produced for:
Main Pitch (located by the paybox, and at various locations around the ground)
Youth Pitches (these have been placed inside the windows of the clubhouse building upstairs – facing out)
MUGA (for parents spectating training sessions)
This is vital for the NHS Test & Trace service in England to contact the necessary people if coronavirus outbreaks are identified in the venue. When someone enters a venue and scans an office NHS QR code poster, the venue information will be logged on the user’s phone. The device will check if users have been at that location at the relevant time and if the app finds a match, users will get an alert anonymously with advice on what to do based on the level of risk.
If you are unable to use the NHS App due to not owning a smartphone, you must provide Sheringham FC with your details which we will record manually and keep these records for 21 days.
Clubhouse & Refreshments:
Supporters are not permitted inside The Clubhouse for any reason other than using the toilet facilities.
Takeaway refreshments (including drinks from the bar) will be served from the front entrance doors before the game and at half time. No food or drink is available to purchase inside the Clubhouse.
Supporters are expected to maintain social distancing whilst queuing.
The entrance route to the clubhouse/takeaway refreshments is up the steps to the side of the building (for those with accessibility requirements, the slope may be used).
The exit route is down the slope and back across the car park.
Face Coverings:
Face Coverings are a legal requirement when entering the Clubhouse building to use the toilet facilities.
