Last night we celebrated the end of the 2022/23 season with our annual awards night, and we couldn't be prouder of our amazing players. Congratulations to all the winners of the Skipton RFC awards!

Firstly, let's congratulate our 1st team winners: Josh Nkwo (Back of the Season), Charlie Brown (Forward of the Season), Callum Patrick (Golden Boot), Andrew Wooler (Bob Birks Award), Brad Nicholson (Players player), Anthony Chapman (Player of the season), Lewis Reynoldson (Under 25 player of the season) and Hamish Munro for Outstanding contribution to playing and representing SRFC.

Our 2nd team winners are Ethan Brocksom (Players player) and Martyn Hughes (Player of the season)

Our Roses’ picked up The Team of the Year award and individual awards went to Sarah Pate (Players player), Georgie Riley (Player of the season and club development), Sophie Murtagh (Most improved), Courteney Cowgill (Top points scorer), and Kerys Hey (Rose of the Year).

Congratulations to Joe Hayes, who was awarded Colts player of the season.

We would also like to congratulate Lisa Bickerton and Chris Clark, coaches for the U11s and girls ages grade teams, who received the H.H. Crabtree award for contributions to youth rugby.

Finally, a huge thank you to everyone who attended the dinner, and a special thanks to Tracy Murray for organising and making the event a success. Congratulations once again to all the winners - you are a credit to Skipton RFC!
