Tuesday’s & Thurday’s

Meet at Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre for 7pm.

3 mile route.

Ladies and gentleman aged 18 years and over are welcome to come along.

All abilities welcome (if our front row are taking part, then you have no excuse)

Please bring a bottle of water and wear an item of high-vis clothing if possible.
