At a time when we've seen participation in park football falling at a staggering rate it's reassuring to see that there are 14 new teams joining the Reading & District Sunday League this season.

Although the majority of these new teams will be joining a 12 team Division Four there are a number of teams entering the league higher up the leagues. The highest of these see FC Sporty join the Premier Division whilst Southbank's own Division Two sees two new teams in Westwood Wanderers and Racing Club de Woko join us for 2020-21.

Elsewhere Hobnob, Barton Rovers, Woodley Wandersers and Burghfield have added new sides to their existing setup.
