Manager Graham Drury said on the appointment, ' Ben is hardworking and a very good coach it was important that someone comes in who will fit in well with the players and understand how the club works.
Ben has been working at Stamford for a while coaching the CV academy and knows all the staff at the Zeeco. Speaking with Grant Brown, he speaks highly of Ben's coaching and said he mixes well with players and understand that the changing room has good banter but also knows when its time to work hard he makes sure player commit to that.
