Stamford enter this season's FA Cup with a trip to Nottinghamshire to take on Carlton Town.

This is our first ever FA Cup meeting with Carlton but we have played each other plenty of times when both in the Northern Premier League.

The last match between us was April 2022 when the Daniels won 3-0, with goals from Tendai Chitiza, Harry Vince and Michael Frew.

Carlton are in 10th place in the Northern Premier League East division. They have won two and drawn one of their five league games so far. They beat AFC Mansfield 3-1 in the last round.

Stamford remain unbeaten this season with four wins from their five league games so far. A 2-1 win over Biggleswade Town in the last match with two goals from Jon Challinor.
