This will be the 4th year that we are holding our Ale and Cider Festival at St Austell Rugby Club.

This year we are turning the Ale and Cider Festival into a two day event. On Friday 5th April we open the doors at 5pm with live music later in the evening from top band ‘The Dweebs’. Also food and of course a great selection of ales, ciders and gins from the South West. The bar on Friday will be open until late to make it a really fun evening for all.

On Saturday 6th April we open the doors at 11am with a Vets rugby game. BBQ food will also be available to buy so you don’t skip lunch. Our first team (the Saints) take on Kingsbridge at 3pm in the last league home game of the season. A big crowd is expected for both games and all the time the ales, ciders and gins are flowing. Post-match the live music will begin late afternoon with 'The Hoodle' then continue with 'One for the Road' and come to a magnificent conclusion with the 'Tregony Teachers’ from around 9pm until late.

It’s going to be a bigger and better event based around entertaining rugby and great music that will bring in large numbers throughout the 2 days. We are excited to announce some sponsorship opportunities in conjunction with Ale and Cider Fest 2019. React quickly and we will invoice you before the end of the financial year so you can use up any remaining entertainment budget you may need to utilise!

Music Sponsor – Be recognised as a major sponsor of the festival by sponsoring the evening entertainment. This package is offered to a music sponsor:

• The evening (both evenings are available to sponsor) called after their company e.g. 'The XYZ Scaffolding Friday night session'. This is how the evening will be referred to when we advertise it throughout mid-Cornwall on social media including your company logo/graphics.
• Each sponsor gets to bring 10 guests to the evening who will enjoy an exclusive buffet for their guests in a 'green room area' on the evening.
• Each Sponsor gets 20 drink tokens for cask ales and ciders per guest.
• Half page recognition and advert in the Ale and Cider Festival programme;
• This package can be amended to some extent so if you are interested then please talk to us about your needs.

Barrel Sponsor –

• Sponsor the purchase of a barrel of ale or Cider;
• Have your name on the front of the barrel for all to see;
• Have your name/company name in the festival programme;
• Token for 2 x free burgers from the grill on both days per sponsor;
• 3 x free ale or cider tokens per sponsor

Cost of a Barrel is £100+VAT
